Wardensville Food Bank The number of families served is increasing dramatically. Any donations help. The Food Bank is open the 3rd Saturday of each month from 12:00-4:00 PM.
Items Needed: sugar flour grape jelly canned fruit spaghetti sauce instant potatoes instant milk oatmeal—instant/regular syrup dried beans gravy—cans or mixes canned meat: Treat/Spam tuna/salmon Vienna sausage/potted meat Hamburger Helper stuffing mix soups: chicken noodle tomato cream of chicken cream of mushroom Raman Noodles pasta: noodles—any kind macaroni spaghetti rice corn muffin mix biscuit mix macaroni and cheese Rice-A-Roni Jell-o pudding mix
toothpaste hand soap dish soap toilet paper paper towels
Monetary donations are also accepted and needed. Items not donated are bought on a monthly basis as needed. Also, meat products will be purchased. Put money in the designated basket the Sunday before the 3rd Saturday of each month.
These items are used every month and not received from the government. Any quantity and any size will be accepted and appreciated. |

Other Outreach Opportunities We just finished 2 major outreach projects: providing Christmas for our “adopted family” and numerous school kits. In addition our church supports the following activities at various times: - Health Kits - School Kits - Toys for Tots - Sunday School Offering Projects - Special collections for local needs - Disaster Relief Auction - Special Offerings for Disaster Relief |
